Using the principles of the 5S methodology, I improved the workflow of several shop processes. The shadow boards improved the accessibility of fixtures that were previously disorganized and contributed to inefficiencies in the machining workflow for the turbine blades.

In a second instance, shadow boards contributed to the organization of shop tools and the efficiency of the grit blasting workflow for turbine blades and nozzles.
